Team/Player Participation Payment Terms

At Hawa, we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for team creators and players participating in tournaments. Please review the following payment terms and conditions related to team/player participation fees.

1. Holding of Payments:

Upon the completion of the tournament, Hawa app will hold the team/player participation payments for a period of three days. This holding period allows for the necessary verification and processing of tournament completion.

2. Reporting Tournament Incompletion:

In the event that a tournament is not completed for any reason, it is the responsibility of the team creator/player to report the tournament incompletion to Hawa app. This report must be submitted within a maximum of three days from the last day of the tournament. Please promptly notify us if any of the following cancellation cases occur:

Cancellation of the tournament by the organizer before or during the tournament.

Cancellation before or during the tournament by Hawa management for any reason.

Cancellation reported by the team creator/player as described above.

3. Refund Policy:

Hawa app has established a refund policy to ensure fair treatment of team creators and players in cases of tournament cancellations. The following refund scenarios apply:

a) Full Participation Fee Refund:

Team creators/players will be eligible for a full refund of their participation fees in the following cases:

Cancellation of the tournament by the organizer before or during the tournament.

Cancellation before or during the tournament by Hawa management for any reason.

Cancellation reported by the team creator/player within the specified timeframe.

b) Refund Processing Time:

Please note that the refund process may take up to seven working days from the time the cancellation is acknowledged by Hawa app. We appreciate your patience during this period and assure you that we are committed to processing refunds as quickly as possible.

It is important to emphasize that refunds will only be processed if the cancellation meets the specified criteria outlined above.

We encourage all team creators and players to thoroughly review tournament details, including the reliability of the organizer and any potential risks associated with participation, before committing to a tournament.
